Information You Submit
Search forms send the name, telephone number, or address you enter to the outside provider that supplies the results. We do not retain a copy of those searches on our servers. When you contact us, we receive the details you put in the message and use them to answer your inquiry.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting systems create ordinary server logs containing IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. We review this information in aggregate to maintain the service and learn which pages are useful. Basic analytics and advertising measurement may also use cookies or comparable technology.
How We Use Information
The information above helps us operate the site, diagnose errors, measure traffic, and improve content. We neither sell visitor lists nor create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links may lead to Clark County offices, Nevada agencies, court portals, libraries, and outside search services. Information submitted after following a link is controlled by that destination's privacy policy rather than ours. The same distinction applies to sponsored search results, which an independent provider operates.
Parties That Process Data
Hosting and support vendors process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising providers may receive the automatic information already described. We may disclose data when valid legal process requires it, but we do not otherwise share visitor information.
Safeguarding Your Data
An encrypted connection delivers the site. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for the uses stated above. Because visitors do not create accounts here, the site holds no user password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. Contact us if you believe a minor submitted personal data so it can be deleted.
Your Nevada Privacy Choices
Your residence may give you rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held by a website. Nevada's narrower broker provisions appear in NRS Chapter 603A. NRS 603A.325 requires a covered broker to publish a request channel, and NRS 603A.346 permits a verified direction not to sell certain purchased covered information. That right is not a universal deletion right. Because we retain little visitor data, we can search our contact mailbox and server logs for a request sent through the Contact page. Government records held by Clark County or the State of Nevada remain outside our control. Access, redaction, or correction must go to the custodian under the applicable record law, including the Nevada Public Records Act, NRS Chapter 239.
